The Ultimate Weight Loss Posts & Videos! It’s the new year, and I’m sure many of you have weight loss or healthy living goals. In fact, those who signed up for Skinny Fitalicious Meal Plans are already crushing it with their first week of plans this week. I’m sooo excited to see the results. Virtual high fives to all of you!
For those of you who need more resources or inspiration, I’ve rounded up the best and most popular weight loss, eating and healthy living posts. These are things that worked for me to lose 80 pounds. Remember everyone is different and can get different results. For example, I’ve learned dealing with my Hashimoto’s that developing a disease or health condition makes weight management much more challenging. I’ve had to implement new ways of eating to help me maintain my weight loss and manage the disease. Not to mention I’m getting older, and metabolism’s slowing down.
I’m hoping to write a post soon about how I deal with Hashimoto’s disease related to food. I know this is something that interests many of my clients! I’ve also got a post coming for SF members the end of this month on seed cycling to balance hormones for weight loss. Hormone balance is key to weight loss. No diet or exercise will be effective until hormones are under control. It’s actually the first thing I tackle with clients.
