When I met Megan I had been doing fad diets on and off for 20+ yrs.. I always took the weight off , starving myself and being miserable , but I also always put it back on in a matter of 2 short years.. I was in such a bad repetitive cycle.. now that I am 51 and I am in Menopause I couldn’t lose the weight no matter what.. so I exercised more and hurt myself in the process and actually kept gaining weight .. Megan helped me see that slowing things down and learning the fundamentals could really help me! I struggled at first with eating enough food because all the other diets restricted me so much. Megan’s nutrition approach really helped me get all the nutrition I needed in each meal. She encouraged me to just walk and keep moving and stop all the crazy boot camps. Megan is awesome! I learned so much from her. The mindset training was key. I learned information about nutrition and exercise, but the biggest benefit was the mindset training and learning how everything works together with the hormones. Paying attention to the "big picture" of how all aspects of my health effect each other. Reflecting on how I feel and how eating or doing certain things affect me. Lastly, I have a whole different outlook on who I am and my relationship with food.

I came to Megan Olson for one-on-one coaching when other diets didn’t seem to work any longer and I wasn’t feeling very healthy. To be honest, the very first day I woke up scared and nervous because I had no clue what to expect, I thought I was going into something strict and something that I would not be able to maintain. I joined and it was one of the most amazing experiences I committed to.
