Hi, I'm 57 and eat quite healthy I think, I really don't work out but I can't seem to lose weight. My calorie intake is about 1,200. a day. Hope you can help me. Thank you.

I'm sure I can help, but I cannot do that ethically or effectively via a blog post. Please schedule a consultation with me if you want to figure this out. Also, I recommend you listen to all my podcasts to help you. If I had to guess, I'd say your intake of "about" 1200 calories a day is more than that ON AVERAGE. What you do on AVERAGE over a period of time is what dictates whether or not you are actually in a deficit and will lose weight. But that's just a guess. I need to actually work with someone to see what is going on.
