This program focuses on sustainable weight loss backed by scientific evidence without requiring you to cut out foods you love, starve yourself or buy supplements while tailoring it specifically to midlife women

My Weight Loss Philpsophy
I believe in SIMPLE and SCIENCE. Nutrition and weight loss are not about cutting calories drastically, cutting food groups, insane workouts, supplements, or relying on willpower.
This simply does not work in the long term. It leads to obsessive behaviors with food and vicious cycles of dieting.
I empower you to fuel your body with real food to boost your energy, reduce inflammation, and kill cravings while counseling you on lifestyle habits and powerful mindset strategies.
Mindset is the missing ingredient in many weight loss programs. Mindset and self-talk are so important to long-term success and is a key component of this program along with eating for your metabolism.
Many women have been chronic dieting for most of their lives. This eat less and move more approach, has resulted in metabolism to down-regulate, hunger hormones to increase and stress hormone to be too high or too low.
This makes it extremely difficult to lose weight and frustrating, which is why it's so important to stop dieting and restricting.
After 35, women begin to lose muscle mass due to hormone changes. Stress hormone also increases leading into menopause. If you only focus on exercising more and eating less, this causes more stress on the body leading to more fat storage and increased cravings.
Cravings are not the real problem. They're a symptom of a larger problem with nutrition, lifestyle, mindset and your fat storing and hunger hormones (leptin, insulin, ghrelin, cortisol). While the number on the scale might decrease, it's likely you're losing precious muscle not fat.
Things that DO matter for weight loss are balanced hunger and energy hormones (insulin, leptin, ghrelin, cortisol), moving more, sleeping 7-8 hours nightly, stress management, a slight calorie deficit, eating more food that's well balanced with all 3 foods groups (protein, carbs and fat) and improve your mindset, self-talk, and restrictive behaviors around food you've learned from dieting.
In this 6-month weight loss program, I teach you to focus on the actions, mindsets, and habits that DO matter for weight loss after 35. I teach you to eat to fuel your body the RIGHT way for fat loss so you're not starving yourself to lose weight or deal with pesky cravings. I will work with you to identify and break those patterns while teaching you how to measure consistency in realistic way in your journey.

The 6-month commitment is by design because I know through my experience as a nutritionist working with women for 11 years, this is the least amount of time it takes to work on sustainable habits and lasting results.

Do you have an app or platform where materials are delivered? – No, I do not have an app or platform. I provide you with the videos, PDF’s, and private client podcasts directly.
Do I have to track calories? –No, this program is personalized to you, and I will work with you on the right approach to reach your goals. Some of my clients track and some do not.
Do you work with men? – Currently, I do not work with men.
Do you work with women under 35? – Yes, I do work with clients who are in their 20s and early 30s.
Do you work with women who have less than 20 pounds to lose? – Yes, I do work with clients who have less than 20 pounds to lose.
Do you give meal plans? – No, I give you nutritional guidelines for meals and teach you how to implement them in real life so that you can do this for life.
Do you work with vegans & vegetarians? – Yes.
Can I sign up if I live outside the U.S.? – Although my coaching is done virtually, I am only accepting clients in Canada and the U.S.
How much is the program? - $2,400 to $2,700 USD depending on the payment plan you choose.
Do you offer payment plans? – Yes, I offer a pay in full which saves you some money as well as a monthly payment plan.
What is the cancellation/refund policy? – All coaching sales are final after 30 days. Within 30 days of starting the program, you may cancel your program. There is a cancellation fee of $550 within 30 days.
How do I get started? – Purchase either the monthly or pay-in-full plan. Once your payment has been processed, you and I will schedule your ongoing coaching call for continued support.
