Rose is a busy Mom with a full-time job who prior to our work together, she was always down on herself and frustrated with her work-life balance.

Rose shares in this podcast episode with you about how she was really good at trying different diets and diet hopping, but that she was not able to sustain any of the diets she did previously for long periods of time.

When Rose began working with me in the 6-month 1:1 coaching program, she was frustrated from all the diets she had done in the past and got little results from. She was reluctant anything would work when we began our work together.

Rose shares with you in this podcast why she believes what she's doing now is sustainable for life. She also explains what she ate to lose 25 pounds and how she never felt like she was giving anything up, how she ate normal foods and learned what made her body feel amazing, even learned to go on vacation and live her life all while losing weight!

Through our work together, Rose was also able to achieve awareness of her mindset and gained the confidence to voice her desire for increased work-life balance to her boss.

Fast forward to today, Rose has not only lost 25 pounds but is happier and has gained a more positive mindset and compassion for herself! She also has a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. No food is off limits and she has the mindset and tools to balance what she eats for life!
