Healthy Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate! Steamy, hot, chocolate, peanut butter and marshmallows melt in your mouth in this Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate. A decadent and healthy drink!

Hi Guys! Hope you had a great holiday yesterday, good food, lots of rest and continuing the festivities through the weekend.
I hope Santa was also good to you too. Last weekend when they arrived in at Audi I thought my dreams came true and she bought me a new car, but no such luck. It was the rental. They got a nice upgrade. That means no upgrade for me. Womp..womp… The good news is I can test it out while she’s here the next month to see if I like it without having to deal with a pushy car salesman.

She’s kinda sneaky and has bought things in the past when she said she wasn’t going to. This year Dad got her a card and snuck money in it just in case she surprised him. It was hysterical. I can’t even do it justice.
After yesterday’s fun, I’ll be sending today relaxing. Other than swimming and weight lifting, I won’t be hitting up the stores for after Christmas shopping today. Mom’s already got a plan of the stores she “needs” to go to and as much as I’d love to tag along I know I’d better be good to this ankle and take it easy today.
Yesterday I cooked all day and Christmas Eve I did a lot of running around with physical therapy, last minute errands, cookie baking and an unexpected trip to the Apple store because my MAC keyboard died. As far as I’m concerned, today is my Christmas. So I’m kicking back, finishing blog work and watching movies.

Then I’ll be whipping up more homemade peanut butter hot chocolate and a batch of my peanut butter chocolate granola bars.
OMG…you guys. If you haven’t tried hot chocolate with a nut butter, you’re seriously missing out. It’s the best, most creamiest deliciousness ever. You won’t be disappointed. So grab yourself a cup and enjoy the rest of your holiday weekend!

Cozy yourself up by the fireplace and keep warm with this comforting cup of vegan hot chocolate loaded with chocolate, cinnamon and spices and enjoy your holiday weekend. A healthy, homemade version of the original hot chocolate that will warm you up on a cold day. Marshmallows optional.

I’ve never even though about adding peanut butter (or almond butter) to hot chocolate before! That sounds so delicious. I’m definitely going to try it!

This looks so good! I haven’t had hot chocolate yet for the season but I need to change that ASAP.
Boxing day shopping is so not a thing in Trinidad since almost everything is closed, so I’ll be saving my Christmas money. Not a completely bad thing since I did some damage on Black Friday. Enjoy your day 😀
I’m impressed with your self control. No hot chocolate or shopping since Black Friday! What’s your trick? Enjoy your weekend!
I am also skipping on the craziness today! The malls are always packed and exchanging or buying is a definite no! Most of my gifts were fitness gear so I am a very happy girl! 😉
Lucky girl! I wish mine had been fitness gifts, but I did get some fun foodie gifts.
Yum! This sounds great 🙂
Thanks, Jen!

I’ll have to check yours out. I didn’t do much blog reading this week with the holiday prep.
