What Do I Get With My Purchase?

With Eat To Lose Weight Online Course you get access to 8 modules that includes over 20 videos, PDF reference guides, example meal plans, a food journal and implementation plan. You can purchase the course by itself or purchase it with my Winter Group Coaching.

Are The Videos Live Because I Work & Worry I Can't Attend?

No! All videos are pre-recorded so you can watch them whenever your schedule allows you to.

How Do I Get The Videos?

Each week you will be sent an email informing you a new module is available. You will log into my courses and access them there.

Can I Go Back & Watch Them Anytime?

Yes! When the program's over, you'll still have access to all the videos and will be able to refer back to whenever you want.

How Much Time Do I Need To Do This?

20 minutes a week is all you need for the online course! Each weekly video is no more than 10-15 minutes in length then there is a weekly action plan to review. If you sign up for group coaching, the coaching sessions are 60 minutes in length so you will need to factor that into your time.

How Do Group Coaching Calls Work?

Group coaching calls are held once a week where participants (limited to 8 people) jump on a phone call facilitated by me. Each week each participant shares their current struggles and questions. As your facilitator, I will work with the group to come up with suggestions for overcoming barriers. It's a great way to get extra motivational support from others!

What If I Can't Make A Group Coaching Session?

Each week 2 sessions are offered so if you can't make one, you have the option to attend the other!

If you have more questions, feel free to drop them in the comments below! I will continue to update this as I receive more questions. Thank you and I'm looking forward to helping make you successful!

When Will Prices Increase?

Prices increase Friday, January 6th so if you want to save money you need to register today!

When Does Registration Close?

Registration closes Monday, January 9th for both Eat To Lose Weight and Winter Group Coaching. After January 9th, you won't be able to register again until spring when I open Spring Group Coaching.

Thank you! I spent 35 years trying to figure things out. I wish I would have had someone like me so I didn't spend my time trying crazy diets.
