Hungry on Weight Watchers?

Since 2014, I’ve been coaching women to lose weight and a question I’ve commonly received was why am I always hungry when I do Weight Watchers?

I wrote a blog post on why women get hungry doing Weight Watchers years ago and it’s one of my most popular posts to this day!

In this podcast episode, I explain what I wrote in the blog post in more detail and share more perspective on why you’re hungry on Weight Watchers.

I even share why you plateau on Weight Watchers and why you can’t lose the weight and keep it off forever after doing Weight Watchers. These are frustrations I hear frequently from women.

In this Dish on Ditching Diets podcast episode you will hear:

  • Why hunger is a common complaint on Weight Watchers
  • Why you should not be eating the same points for too long and why you plateau
  • The issue of eating too little fat
  • Why you should eat potatoes
  • The missing component in Weight Watchers making you hungrier
