Why you self-sabotage on your weight loss journey has nothing to do with the food you eat, the diet you do nor does it mean there is something wrong with you or that you incapable of changing.

Most women will try something drastic like a new diet, detox, challenge, cut out all the sugar and carbs or increase exercise intensity or frequency, to defeat self-sabotage. But this never works because it’s not getting to the root of the problem which lies much deeper than in your food and exercise.
