Why you self-sabotage on your weight loss journey has nothing to do with the food you eat, the diet you do nor does it mean there is something wrong with you or that you incapable of changing.
Even though you may feel sick and tired of being overweight and desperately want to lose weight, you may find yourself binging on food or not following through with your weight loss plan. These are sabotaging your ability to lose weight and feel great.
