Even though you may feel sick and tired of being overweight and desperately want to lose weight, you may find yourself binging on food or not following through with your weight loss plan. These are sabotaging your ability to lose weight and feel great.
Most women will try something drastic like a new diet, detox, challenge, cut out all the sugar and carbs or increase exercise intensity or frequency, to defeat self-sabotage. But this never works because it’s not getting to the root of the problem which lies much deeper than in your food and exercise.
There’s a sneaky reason why women self-sabotage when they’re trying to lose weight. This is why I focus heavily with my clients on diving into the deeper reasons why they’re eating to get to the root of the problem.
