I make for my own family and friends each year and they love them! All recipes are gluten-free, most are dairy-free and several are Paleo or Vegan friendly.

About Skinny Fitalicious Meal Plans:

Meal plans are gluten free and include 5 days of balanced breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes. Meal plans are the key to staying on track with healthy eating. It saves you time, money and frustration when it comes to eating.

If losing weight and healthy nutrition is your goal, you HAVE TO PLAN WHAT YOU EAT. It's that simple. Most people don't have the time to do that which is why I meal plan is a great time saving option!

What the Meal Plans Include:

Each day is planned with a minimum of 100 grams of protein. This is important for keeping fat loss hormones balances and keeping cravings away. The plan is also balanced with the right amount of carbohydrates and healthy fats.
