The holidays overwhelm me. I struggle looking forward to them because they stress me out more than bring me joy. After years of medical struggles, my wish is one year of being healthy for the holidays. This year I'm feeling more stressed than any other year because I'm recovering from a major surgery. I would like nothing more than to hide in my bed until January.
Between holiday parties, social gatherings, shopping, baking, wrapping, cooking, etc. it's like the holiday rollercoaster that never ends with the Grinch riding next to me.
But it does end. It ends in January after my healthy lifestyle and eating habits have fallen to the way side and my fitness is crap. It's January when I'm beating myself up for not being consistent enough and not eating the right nutrition to balance the holiday treats.
Balancing a healthy lifestyle during the holidays isn't easy. I'm constantly tired and lacking motivation. By the time the holidays roll around, I'm a stressed out maniac that I can't actually enjoy them. Sound familiar?
Studies show that people gain 7 to 10 pounds between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Is that going to be you? It doesn't have to be!
This year I invite you to join me and other women in Healthy for the Holidays so we can reach the holidays together happy, healthy, stress-free feeling confident and feeling beautiful!
What Is It?
Healthy for the Holidays is a group coaching program designed to focus on small, manageable habits during the holidays preparing you for January. What's unique about this program is you get the added benefit group motivation.
In group coaching, you meet other women struggling with the same things you are. It's an opportunity to meet new friends and to harness your motivation as you gain support and sharing from other like minded women.
When Is It?
Healthy for the Holidays is November 27th through December 24th.
What's Included?
Every week you will receive an email tip from me. Tips will include meal prepping, eating healthy on the go, enjoying holiday food without the guilt and finding motivation. Additionally, you be granted access to my private health coaching Facebook Group where we will have daily check-in's to celebrate each others successes.
The program also includes two 1 hour Group Coaching Sessions where you can ask questions in real life and receive positive, uplifting support from other women. Sessions will be done by teleconference at night the weeks of November 28th and December 12th.
