Spring virtual coaching & online program is here!
After working with some amazing participants during my winter launch, I'm excited to begin working with a new group of participants starting next Monday, March 6th!
I've worked with a lot of clients who have experienced amazing improvements in their health and wellness through my one on one online coaching.
However, since starting this blog, chatting with readers and starting my online practice, I've learned not everyone has the ability to work with me one on one. There are many people who need accessible, realistic and practical help.
Eat To Lose Weight gives you the ability to work with me at your own pace virtually anywhere, anytime.
I work with you via email to address your health concerns, provide practical advise and of course, delicious recipes!
Eat To Lose Weight teaches you how to eat for weight management and overall wellness while tackling other common threats to people's health.
One participant in my winter program lost 12 pounds in 5 weeks. She told me she had no idea how many unhealthy foods she was eating that she thought were healthy.

This program be done by anyone, anytime, anywhere, and takes no more than 30 minutes a week!
