Chocolate Protein Cookie Dough made with 3 simple healthy ingredients. A quick no-bake snack that’s Vegan, Paleo, gluten free, dairy-free and crazy delicious! Gluten Free + Paleo + Vegan
Long gone are the days of eating raw cookie dough. When my Grandma made chocolate chip cookies (she was always making cookies), I would sneak large bites of that delectable batter when she had her back turned.
Then she would turn around and ask, “did you eat some of my batter?” I would innocently look up at her and respond “no.” No less with cookie dough batter smothered all over my face I’m sure.
What can I say? I’m not as innocent as I look sometimes. But I do make some delicious food, if I do say so myself. 😉

Which leads me to Chocolate Protein Cookie Dough. With only 3 simple and healthy ingredients, this cookie dough is about to rock your snack attack world. Oh yeah, it’s totally no bake and takes maybe 3 minutes to make. Probably less depending on how much of a kitchen ninja you are.
All you do is stir together the ingredients and BAM! You’ve got a mouthful of Chocolate Protein Cookie Dough in your mouth. No freezing or refrigerating required. Just EAT and eat all of it you will I guarantee you because this is ridiculously good.
This Chocolate Protein Cookie Dough is seriously a life life changing snack, especially if you’re like me and always trying to find healthier versions of old favorites. The best part is it tastes like the real deal too!
The key is using the right protein powder. I find everyone has different likes when it comes to protein powders so just be sure to use one you really love. Then it’s guaranteed you’re going to dive head first into the cookie dough with no looking back.
I used Bob’s Red Mill Chocolate Protein Powder in mine. It’s one of their new nutritional booster powders that has gut friendly probiotics (gotta love gut bacteria) and chia seeds packed in it. I’m a definitely a fan, and it’s hard to convince me to switch brands when I’m already loyal to one!
If this gives you any indication, the bag is already gone because I am OBSESSED with this Chocolate Protein Cookie Dough.
But really though. Who can resist cookie dough? It’s the perfect snack. If you make it, be sure to tag SkinnyFitalicious on Instagram so I can share your delicious masterpieces!

Check out my cookbook!
I’m not going to lie, I miss the days of eating raw cookie dough. Htey were footloose and fancy free. And delicious.
And we were blissfully unaware of what was going on with our bodies too.
I WANT this!! Even the texture looks just like good ol’ cookie dough! And sprinkles are always a good idea…
Sprinkle accessories are necessary otherwise it looks like dirt. Haha!
Um is it bad that I still eat raw cookie dough? This looks like a fantastic way to get in more protein! 😉
Not bad as long as you don’t get sick. Yeah, I’m working on the protein. Not easy!
That’s it. I’m determined to find BRB protein today. The power of social media haha!
The recipe looks delicious Megan.
Make sure you print yourself a coupon. Thanks Jill!
I love cookie dough so I can’t wait to try this healthy version. Looks delicious!
Thank you! Let me know please if you try it.
I like both, but I’d rather a cookie warm from the oven than cookie dough (although of course I’ll eat some as I’m making it!).
I wish it was fall because now you have me craving warm cookies.
What a yummy recipe! Thanks for the giveaway 🙂
I prefer to eat cookies over cookie dough, but I would definitely rather eat cake batter than actual cake!
It looks like a big sweet chocolate mound of FUN 😀 Hahaha!
I always snuck food – I was a fat kid! COOKIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This protein cookie dough looks delicious! Thanks so much for the chance!
Wow that looks really good! I’m usually skeptical of protein powder recipes but I love ALL of Bob’s Red Mill’s stuff so I bet this is delicious!
Always love to try a new protein powder!
Looks delicious and I would love to try some of that protein powder! Cookie dough beats baked cookies any day:)
I would certainly rather eat the dough than the finished product! I can’t wait to try this new protein powder. Thanks for the recipe!
That’s how I usually feel!
Looks yummy!
I love cookie dough and cannot wait to try this recipe! That protein powder sounds delicious too! I would love to try it!
Honestly? Sometimes I bake cookies just so I get to eat raw dough and gift the finished treats to others ;).
The little girl in me likes the pink and red sprinkles on your “dough” a lot,
I like to make cookie sandwiches with cookie dough in the middle instead of ice cream or frosting! I know, not everybody can handle it.
I definitely loved sweets far too much as a child. I would much rather eat cookie dough than cookies.
I would love to try the protein powder in smoothies.
Great quick recipe 🙂 thanks!
I would sneak all the cookies. A cookie just can turn really any bad situation and make it seem not so bad. It’s the little things…
I have heard wonderful things about this protein powder. I would be so grateful and honored to try. This giveaway would be a blessing to win.
I tried to give you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(In my last comment) on your recipe too, but it didn’t show up.? I’m looking forward to trying your chocolate protein cookie dough. Thanks for sharing.
Yum!! I just bought their product for the first time last week!
Weirdly, I’ve never been a fan of raw cookie dough. I’m sure I could find a lot of other uses for this protein powder though!!!
*sigh* I still like raw cookie dough. But I also love alternatives.
I’m always suspicious of a recipe with under a dozen ingredients but still looks so yummy. 😉 Add me to the chorus of people who miss the days of dunking our spoons into delicious, probably salmonella-laden (among the nicer things) raw cookie dough.
Anything with a lot of ingredients is always suspect. Less is definitely healthier.
I love this Chocolate Protein Cookie Dough recipe. It looks so good!
Thank You for the giveaway, too!
I use lots of Bob’s Red Mill products and I had no idea they made protein powder, I’m excited to try it thanks for the coupon!!
I would really love to try the vanilla. This would go great added to smoothies for us in the mornings.
My father LOVES protein powder of all kinds! This would be a great gift for him! Thanks!
I haven’t tried this before. I would be excited to try it out!
Thanks for the giveaway!
I’ve never baked with protein powder, but need to start. This recipe looks delicious!
You don’t have to bake, it’s just mixed!
Can I use my regular whey chocolate protein powder I already have? It’s from optimum.
Thanks!
You know I haven’t tried a whey powder because I don’t tolerate it. Maybe start with a slightly lesser amount and see how what the consistency is like. Let me know how it turns out!
