Before I lost 80 pounds, Caesar salads were my FAVORITE. In fact, it was the only way that I ever ate a salad. Eating greens outside of that. Not so much.

If there's anything that I've learned from my weight loss, it's that it takes time for your taste buds to change and crave healthier foods. Giving yourself that time is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
Are you ready for a lighter Caesar dressing with less fat and calories? Let's do it friends!
Healthy Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing
What's makes this dressing lighter and healthier? Greek yogurt! Not only is it higher in protein, but it also has good for you fat. Combining Greek yogurt with a dairy-free milk (instead of a ton of oil) thins it out making it the perfect dressing to top your salad.
What makes it gluten free? Caesar dressings have Worcestershire sauce in them which is not gluten free. Buy one that's gluten free and you have a gluten free version! All the other ingredients are naturally gluten free so it's easy.
Ingredients for healthy caesar dressing with yogurt
