Women over 35 are experts in doing diets. They've done so many diets that the only thing they've ever done to lose weight is restrict all their favorite foods and follow a strict plan. Cutting food groups, following macros, counting calories and Weight Watchers points, doing detoxes, weight loss surgeries, teas, pills, food plans, meal plans - these things work temporarily but do not work for a lifetime.
The more you do these diets the more you think you have to be perfect to follow the plan in order to lose weight. When you're not perfect, you judge yourself, beat yourself up and think there MUST BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU. NO!!!
There is nothing wrong with you and you are completely capable of losing weight. You've just done many diets in the past that have eroded your self-confidence and belief in yourself. It is not realistic to lose weight being a robot and following a perfect plan. My clients lose weight while practicing eating their favorite foods.
