Better yet, take your walk outside. Most people are lacking Vitamin D because they’re indoors so much. Take a 10 minute walk, have conference call or eat your lunch outside. The sun will give you a refreshing boost of energy to power you through the last bit of the day.

Declutter

Take a few minutes to declutter your desk, erase unnecessary pictures from your phone or clean up your inbox. It sounds silly, but doing something mindless will revive you while making you feel productive at the same time!

    Decluttering is a huge one for me too. I can’t be productive in a messy/unorganized space. I also like to go for a walk with my pups. I always return with a little more energy than before.
