What REALLY Causes Weight Gain for women 35 and over? During menopause and perimenopause it is very easy to gain weight. Overeating and not being intentional about how you fuel your body becomes VERY important as women hit perimenopause and menopause.

The majority of my clients are emotionally eating or eating certain foods because they’ve conditioned their brains to desire them. Eating those foods are not helping them lose weight and they get into a vicious cycle of overeating eating “bad” foods and feeling like they are out of control with their eating.

The truth is feeling out of control around food has NOTHING to do with what the foods you eat and how much eat. Most of us blame food and try to restrict it or cut it out

In this Dish on Ditching Diets podcast episode, you will hear:

  • Secret Why You Overeat Certain Foods
  • Why The Food You Overeat Is Not The Real Problem
  • Why You Never Should Label Foods As “Good” or “Bad”
  • The 2 Things That REALLY Cause Weight Gain For
