What your sugar craving is telling you? I always have SO many people ask me about sugar cravings. This is because sugar cravings and chronic dieting (or chronic anything really) go hand in hand.

There was a time when my sugar cravings were at an all time high. This was shortly after I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease and decided I was going to research cravings and develop a program (the 14 day sugar challenge) to help myself and others.

Next 14 Day Sugar Challenge is March 25th and I hope you join us! Early bird sign up is happening now through 3/18 at a reduced price.

After working with hundreds of clients and doing hosting multiple 14 day sugar challenges, I know cravings are a big problem. Most people will tell you to eat more real food, but I go beyond the food in my programs because there’s much more to cravings than food. Not to mention you need to have you mind in the right place. You can’t put food ahead of your mind. It’s like putting the kettle in front of the horse.

I invite you to attend this Webinar: What Your Sugar Craving Is Telling You where I’ll break down for you:

  • The Science Behind Sugar + What it Does to Your Body
  • Where Sugar is Hidden + How to Avoid It
  • Common Myths About Carbs, Sugar + Diets

Two opportunities to attend:

  • Sunday March 17th 1 PM PST
  • Thursday March 21st 4PM PST

There will NOT BE A REPLAY. This is in person only. Those who attend in person will receive a FREE GUIDE: 3 Ways to Stop Cravings now.
