Last week I announced the NEW Skinny Fitalicious Meal Plans. My meal plans are a minimum of 1500-1800 calories (safe for weight loss and healthy hormones), include nutritional data and are designed to reduce sugar cravings. Skinny Fitalicious Meal Plans Details:
Meal plans include a grocery shopping list, nutrition data breakdown and of course, your meal plan! Meal plans include 5 days of breakfast, lunch and dinner. This allows you flexibility 2 days of the week to eat out or eat off plan. Snacks are included and stay the same all 5 days. This prevents you from buying more food than you need.
Each day in your meal plan includes a minimum of 100 grams of protein, are lower in carbohydrates and balanced with healthy fats. This is important for balancing blood sugar and keeping sugar cravings away.
Skinny Fitalicious Meal Plans provide a general template for healthy eating that’s flexible and realistic. There’s plenty of wiggle room for substitutions and fun nights or days out. Many online FREE meal plans do not guarantee the right nutritional balance, but I do.
