Collagen Fudge Brownies made with 6 healthy ingredients. Loaded with protein, healthy fat and antioxidants, these super fudgy brownies are a healthier treat that's great for weight loss. They make a delicious low carb addition to your freezer and belly! Paleo + Low Carb + Gluten Free
If you're still not sold on jumping on the collagen train, then these Collagen Fudge Brownies may be what does it for you! Anything for chocolate, am I right?
I've been adding collagen to my diet for over 2 years now. The problem is many of us are deficient in getting enough protein, and this nutrient is very important for keeping us full and maintaining lean muscle mass which decreases as we age.
Collagen can be added at any age. It's one of few supplements that's backed by scientific research too!
I like adding it to my coffee, oatmeal and baked goods. These No Bake Collagen Fudge Brownies have just 6 ingredients and are Paleo friendly.
They are by no means low carb, but truthfully I'm not concerned with these calories because they are the type of calories your body needs. Eating fat on a regular basis is shows to help people manage their weight better. Remember, not all calories are created equal so EAT THE FAT!
