This Almond Flour Bread Recipe is made in two minutes in the microwave. Make this English muffin ahead of time and freeze, or in the morning, noon or night for a healthy and fluffy like a cloud bread!

Low Carb Breakfast Sandwich made in under 2 minutes in the microwave. Make them ahead of time & freeze, or make them morning, noon or night for a healthy, Paleo, low carb fluffy like a cloud bread. Paleo + Gluten Free

This almond flour bread recipe is my new obsession for breakfast! Well, and any meals to be honest! It's fluffy, simple to make with just four ingredients and so much healthier than store bought bread!

One of the biggest complaints I hear from you guys is you don't have time for breakfast, and if you've taken my free weight loss training then you know breakfast should consist of enough protein. Something most people really struggle with which leads to more cravings and snacking later in the day.

Either you don't have time to make breakfast in the morning or have no idea how to make a breakfast centered around protein and healthy fat. Well, this is the best low carb bread you will ever have and it has more protein and healthy fat so it checks the boxes of helping you stay fuller by giving you more protein.

Low Carb Breakfast Sandwich made in under 2 minutes in the microwave. Make them ahead of time & freeze, or make them morning, noon or night for a healthy, Paleo, low carb fluffy like a cloud bread. Paleo + Gluten Free

This carb friendly bread is one of my top favorite recipes I make all the time. I make a healthy breakfast sandwich with an egg, turkey bacon and a side of fruit. So good!

I also love Egg English Muffins - they're also packed with protein along with my Healthy Breakfast Bake and this easy Breakfast Quesadilla Recipe!

Low Carb Breakfast Sandwich made in under 2 minutes in the microwave. Make them ahead of time & freeze, or make them morning, noon or night for a healthy, Paleo, low carb fluffy like a cloud bread. Paleo + Gluten Free

With this high protein low carb bread, you can make it in the microwave, a toaster oven, air fryer or bake it in the oven. You won't believe how simple it is to make and you won't want to go back to store-bought bread after trying this.

Almond flour gives this low keto bread recipe a light, fluffy, bread-like consistency. The kind of consistency everyone wants in a bread. It's hardy enough for you to enjoy as a sandwich, side bread, or regular piece of bread you can toast and put jelly or peanut butter on top!

This reduced carb bread is also freezer friendly so you can batch cook a bunch, freeze in a container or storage bag then remove from the freezer a few hours before enjoying for hearty, thick, and filling almond flour bread recipe!

I found your site and this recipe by accident, and I'm so happy I did! I just love the simplicity and ease of this breakfast! Since I also put collagen in my morning coffee I have about 28g of total protein with the sandwich.. We use Egglands Best Eggs and they have additional nutrients. I add Everything Bagle Seasoning to the mix and use EVVO. I have the perfect size bowl to use, and this sandwich is fast becoming a favorite! I can't wait to try different seasonings and more of your recipes, especially the English Muffins and Bagels!. I'm a Diabetes Lifestyle Coach with T2D, and I love your site! I'll be sharing your url with my clients and in my social media posts. I'm so glad I "found" you!

Can this be made in the oven or even toaster oven rather than microwave by any chance? Do you know how I might be able to do that? Thanks so much!

I have not tried it. I presume you could. I just do not know the specifics of how long and at what temperature. If you try it, please report back so others know. Thanks!

Obsessed with this recipe. I’ve made it so many times I can’t even count! I’ve made it for breakfast “toast”, bbq pork “buns”, sandwiches, etc. The texture is PERFECT for a bread lover who’s stomach doesn’t love bread () and the density holds up to sauces but is also moist enough to enjoy by itself!

I use avocado oil bc it saves a little bit of time and has a butter essence (in my opinion!), and I sub the salt and pepper for everything bagel seasoning.

I’ve been craving this recipe as a substitute for “biscuits” and gravy… so that’s coming soon!

Used avocado oil. Mine rose alot in the bowl, served with sausage patty and fried egg with a little leftover turkey gravy! Very filling and tasty.
    Yum
