I am struggling to see changes even though i am in a calorie deficit, lift weights 3 to 4 times a week, and I believe I am eating healthy. I drink a lot of water. Sometimes plain tea or a caffeine free coke zero. Its been 2 weeks and i haven't seen any changes except weight fluctuations up and down. Maybe I am eating the wrong foods. Please help.

Since I do not know you, I can't say specifically. I can say that in general if you have been in a calorie deficit for too long i.e. 6 months or longer, the metabolism will down regulate. I spoke of that in my metabolism podcast episode. Also, eating healthy foods is not the same as eating to lose weight. I have a podcast episode that speaks about that topic too. In my experience, women are not moving enough (10k steps a day - this is not exercise), are not sleeping enough, reducing stress enough and are UNDER eating. Those are things for you to consider and I spoke of those things this podcast episode. The other thing is not being in a calorie deficit long enough (giving it enough time) and measuring foods properly. Two weeks is definitely not enough time and weight is expected to fluctuate in the beginning which is why I don't recommend using the scale rather measuring progress based on doing your daily habits and how you are feeling.
