You guys know how much I LOVE to meal prep. Having a healthy meal plan is key to getting started with meal prepping. It helps me stay on track with my goals. I find when I don't have that plan, I eat whatever whenever. Sound familiar? That's why I love my new meal planning service because it's like no other meal plans.
With these meal plans, you don't get a PDF like other plans. You actually get 5 days of meals and snacks then schedule your meals online and print your grocery list. This means you're not wasting money on extra groceries or wasting time meal prepping food you're going to throw away.
Not only that, the calories and macros are figured out for you. Other meal plans DO NOT do this. So, there's no more having to track in an app how many calories you are eating. It's EASY and I'm all about EASY like this EASY peasy Instant Pot shredded chicken!
Shredded chicken is one of my favorite things to meal prep. EASY to make, literally just a few ingredients and super versatile to throw on salads, tacos, over rice or in a casserole. You can make this Instant Pot Shredded Chicken in under 20 minutes!
Before my Instant Pot, I made shredded chicken in my slow cooker. The only problem is that doesn't work when you're in a jam for time. Also, with the Instant Pot you can cook chicken frozen. Life changing!
Don't believe me? Try it and see for yourself how EASY it is!

Instant Pot Shredded Chicken
- Place all ingredients in an Instant Pot. Close the lid and set valve to sealing. Set to "protein" or "pressure cook" and set to 20 minutes.
- Release the pressure by turning the valve to "release" then remove the lid once the steam has stopped coming out of the valve.
- Using two forks, shed the chicken. Transfer to meal prep containers or store in the fridge for easy lunches or weeknight meals.
