1200 Calories is the fastest way to kill hormones and metabolism. Many women I see in my coaching practice are eating 1200 calories or less and confused about why they can’t lose weight. They are often bloating, constipated, experiencing sugar cravings, low energy and often gaining weight.

In this episode, you will learn:

  • What happens to your metabolism and hormones when you eat too few calories
  • What resting metabolism is and why you must know yours to prevent plateaus
  • Why doctors are wrong for prescribing 1200 calorie diets

Are you a woman over 35 with 20 to 50 or more pounds to lose and ready to stop the diet cycle and lose weight for forever?

Thank you so much. I’ve learned so much from your podcast and love your recipes. I’m 57 years old and thought if I only ate 1200 calories a day, lowered my carbs I would lose weight. Guess what? I gained 15 pounds. I was devastated and confused. I don’t know how many calories I should increase but I will try an additional 200 calories. Hope this works.
