It's been a crazy week getting ready for this challenge, but I whole heartedly LOVE LOVE LOVE doing this challenge. It gives me a chance to connect with you and help you get rid of those nasty sugar cravings.
Cravings are the number one question I get and I wouldn't host these challenges if I didn't 100% believe they worked. They do! In fact, I'll let you in on a little secret....the nutrition guide I give you when you sign up for this challenge is the same nutrition guide I use for myself when I start to feel cravings sneak in.
Today it's so easy to overeat sugar. It's everywhere! Over the counter medications, sauces, chips, crackers. Things you would never expect it to be in, it's there! The problem is this disrupted your hormones. Hormones are what control your cravings, satiety and satisfaction with what you eat.
This challenge teaches you to eat for your hormones and reset your taste buds eating real food. By the end of the 14 days you'll have more energy, sleep better and have less cravings. Along the way, you will have a supportive community motivating you and cheering you on!

How Does It Work?
When you sign up, I will send you an email to join my private FB group. I give you my nutrition guide with an example meal plan and recipes to help you plan what you will eat for 2 weeks.

Show up in the Facebook group everyday and engage! Post about your progress, struggles, share pictures of what you're eating, ask questions, get support and motivation. I'll be providing feedback and answering your questions directly in the group.
This community is a safe place for you to speak openly about what you're struggling with. Chances are, if you're struggling with it. Someone else is too! The community is there to support and motivate you.
