There are certain recipes and blog posts I can’t wait to share like this low carb pizza frittata. Ironically, those are the recipes and posts that take the longest for people to catch onto.

I get it. We’re living in a world of information overload. That’s why I’m grateful for the ladies in my nutrition practice who are doing weight loss coaching.

They’re always game for new recipes and ready to test the moment I share it. They truly are my tribe, not people I just coach.

They are like family. They support you, motivate you and pick you up when you fall down. I love the personal connection I get to make with them and the relationships they see with each other.

Many people don’t understand the value of having a community around them until they get past their fear and do it.

One woman told me it was out of her comfort to do group coaching when she joined the March group, but she was surprised how much she liked it.

I encourage everyone do things that slightly scare them. Starting with this low carb pizza frittata…

Now a frittata might not scare you unless you’ve never made one before. If you haven’t what are you waiting for? This one’s loaded with the flavor. PIZZA FLAVOR! Who can say no to that?

Extremely versatile so you can add whatever “toppings” to make it your own. Mine has mushrooms, spinach and pepperoni. My perfect ingredient combo for a real pizza or a pizza egg bake.

An easy pizza recipe that’s low carb and can be served for breakfast, lunch of brinner…

Helpful Tips

If you’re subbing the “toppings,” replace them with protein and vegetables. Pizza can be good for you depending on the toppings you choose and how you balance it.

Protein and veggies will always keep you full longer so whether you’re eating low carb pizza frittata or real pizza, keep that in mind.

If you’re doing strict Whole30, make sure the meat is Whole30 approved. Applegate has Whole30 sausage and bacon.

They do have a pepperoni which I used for this recipe, but it’s not Whole30 so you’ll need to find one that is or use a Whole30 approved meat.

Tweaked it a little – not a shroom fan, so I sliced up a small sweet onion. Super yummy and filling!
