Chocolate Protein Cookie Dough made with 3 simple healthy ingredients. A quick no-bake snack that's Vegan, Paleo, gluten free, dairy-free and crazy delicious! Gluten Free + Paleo + Vegan

Chocolate Protein Cookie Dough made with 3 simple & healthy ingredients. A quick no-bake snack that's Vegan, Paleo, gluten free, dairy-free and crazy delicious!

Long gone are the days of eating raw cookie dough. When my Grandma made chocolate chip cookies (she was always making cookies), I would sneak large bites of that delectable batter when she had her back turned.

Then she would turn around and ask, "did you eat some of my batter?" I would innocently look up at her and respond "no." No less with cookie dough batter smothered all over my face I'm sure.

What can I say? I'm not as innocent as I look sometimes. But I do make some delicious food, if I do say so myself. 😉

Which leads me to Chocolate Protein Cookie Dough. With only 3 simple and healthy ingredients, this cookie dough is about to rock your snack attack world. Oh yeah, it's totally no bake and takes maybe 3 minutes to make. Probably less depending on how much of a kitchen ninja you are.

All you do is stir together the ingredients and BAM! You've got a mouthful of Chocolate Protein Cookie Dough in your mouth. No freezing or refrigerating required. Just EAT and eat all of it you will I guarantee you because this is ridiculously good.

This Chocolate Protein Cookie Dough is seriously a life life changing snack, especially if you're like me and always trying to find healthier versions of old favorites. The best part is it tastes like the real deal too!

The key is using the right protein powder. I find everyone has different likes when it comes to protein powders so just be sure to use one you really love. Then it's guaranteed you're going to dive head first into the cookie dough with no looking back.

I used Bob's Red Mill Chocolate Protein Powder in mine. It's one of their new nutritional booster powders that has gut friendly probiotics (gotta love gut bacteria) and chia seeds packed in it. I'm a definitely a fan, and it's hard to convince me to switch brands when I'm already loyal to one!

If this gives you any indication, the bag is already gone because I am OBSESSED with this Chocolate Protein Cookie Dough.

But really though. Who can resist cookie dough? It's the perfect snack. If you make it, be sure to tag SkinnyFitalicious on Instagram so I can share your delicious masterpieces!

Can I use my regular whey chocolate protein powder I already have? It’s from optimum.
    Thanks!

You know I haven't tried a whey powder because I don't tolerate it. Maybe start with a slightly lesser amount and see how what the consistency is like. Let me know how it turns out!

I would really love to try the vanilla. This would go great added to smoothies for us in the mornings.
