I haven’t really talked about this before, but it’s time. I’m going to give you my biggest diet secret that I’ve never talked about publicly because…

My inbox and social media is flooded with questions these days about what the right diet is (Keto is the latest and greatest I get asked about), how to stop sugar cravings, how to stay consistent and how to get quick fix results.

Want to know how I lost 80 pounds? In this free video series, I'm revealing my biggest diet secret that I've never revealed publicly before.

I keep hearing these things and at the same time, I’m seeing a trend. A trend of fad diets, lack of motivation and overcomplicating what we eat. Cravings are out of control because of mental burnout keeping up with our busy lives and trying to do what we think is right makes staying consistent impossible.

Let’s take the Keto diet as example. You eliminate entire food groups and have to meticulously count carbs. I’m sorry, but who wants to count kale all day? I don’t have time for that. Do you?

What happens when you have to think so hard about what you eat? It makes HARDER to stay consistent with your goals. Yet, I’m seeing this over complication of our lives happening more and more. This affects consistency, motivation and cravings!

Last week I told you guys about my new 3 part video series, dish the diet. Tomorrow (August 29th), I’ll be sharing my biggest diet secret in the 2nd video of this series. I’ve never revealed this publicly before, but it’s time. And, I’m really excited to share it with you!

Megan! I cannot hear you due to the paid AD you have running on your webpage – “Chuck Mangold, Jr.”. They are playing loud music while you are speaking!.
