So I go to the dentist for a routine cleaning and I never have dental issues. Like I’ve only had 3 cavities in my entire life. I’m in the chair getting my teeth cleaned blissfully unaware of the fact that anything’s wrong when the doctor says uh-oh and delivers the bad news that I have not one, but two fractured teeth.

Apparently it’s not enough that I had a bunch of fractured bones last year, now my teeth have fractures too. The dentist reassured me this is “normal” wear and tear on my oldest teeth, the baby molars. He said it happens to everyone. Really? I never heard of this happening to anyone I know. Either that or no one is telling me about it.

So all this means I’m having dental surgery tomorrow. He’s hoping to seal them like a cavity but if the fractures go too deep then I’ll need crowns which is… awesome. Maybe crowns will straighten my teeth since five years of braces didn’t do that. I hate my teeth. I suppose it could always be worst though.

Did I mention the last time I had a cavity filled I passed out when the doctor gave me the injection and they had to call 911? Between the laughing gas, face mask, lavender oil and music I’ll be pretending I’m at the spa tomorrow. I guess I should be thankful it’s not a bone. I’ve been trying so hard to stay away from doctors though!

Given my recent tooth meltdown, I’ve been forced to eat soft foods lately and to avoid, as the dentist put it “something catastrophic from happening.” I have no desire to experience whatever that means.

How many finished balls make a serving? Has anyone tried to add protein powder?

If you look at the nutrition data, it says 1 bite is a serving. So 1 bite is the serving size.
