The program aims to help midlife women who feel frustrated with their bodies, feel as if their metabolism is slow and are sick and tired of the endless cycle of restrictive dieting, cravings and food noise. This program focuses on sustainable fat loss backed by scientific evidence without requiring you to cut out foods you love, starve yourself or buy supplements while tailoring it specifically to midlife women.

I believe in SIMPLE and SCIENCE. Nutrition, health and weight loss are not about cutting calories drastically, cutting food groups, insane workouts, supplements, or relying on willpower.

This does not work in the long term. It leads to obsessive behaviors with food and vicious cycles of dieting.

I teach you to stop restricting, fuel your body to boost your energy, reduce inflammation, and kill cravings while counseling you on lifestyle habits and powerful mindset strategies that help you create life habits and lose fat!

Mindset is the missing ingredient in weight loss programs. Mindset is so important to long-term success and is a key component of this program along with the habits, relationship with food and fat loss.

Hormonal Weight Loss

Many women have been restrictive dieting for most of their lives. This eat less and move more approach, results in metabolism down-regulating, hunger hormones increasing and a worst body composition over time.

This makes it difficult to lose weight and frustrating, which is why it's so important to stop dieting and restricting.

After 35, women begin to lose muscle mass due to hormone changes. If you only focus on exercising more and eating less, this causes more stress on the body leading to more fat storage and increased cravings.

Cravings are not the real problem. They're a deeper symptom of a larger problem with nutrients (like protein & fiber) you are deficient in from chronic dieting and always trying to eat less, food noise from a poor relationship with food and restrictive dieting which creates a scarcity mindset around food.

In this program, I teach you to UN-DIET your brain and to stop living in all-or-nothing extremes with food and exercise.

Your all or nothing thinking of needing to eat perfectly healthy or execute habits perfectly day in and day out is a sabotaging pattern many learn through chronic dieting. I will work with you to identify and break those patterns while teaching you how to measure consistency in realistic way in your journey.

“It feels like a long time.” If you’ve been struggling with food, your weight, body image and chronic dieting for 10, 20, 30 years then a few months or even a year is a very short time frame. I know through my own 80-pound weight loss journey and experience as a nutritionist working with midlife women for 11 years, it takes to work on sustainable habits and lasting results.   • Phase 1: Assessment
    Initial evaluation to understand your current lifestyle, challenges, baseline habits, and goals.
  • Phase 2: Inner Mindset Work, Habit Formation & Personalized Nutrition
    Tailored one-to-one coaching sessions to build personal nutrition and exercise habits gradually over time including movement, exercise, optimizing protein and fiber, balancing meals with nutrient-dense foods for your hormones that fits your personal preference, helping you build a healthy relationship with all foods, fixing cravings and emotional eating. At the same time, doing the inner work to build an empowered mindset by identifying self-sabotaging patterns, all-or-nothing patterns, and self-limiting beliefs and using cognitive behavioral strategies to change them
  • Phase 3: Fat Loss Strategy
    A personalized strategy for losing body fat without depriving yourself, improving body composition, and learning to nourish your body with the right amount of food and nutrients while seeing results. Regular coaching sessions to monitor data, and progress, adjust plans, and keep your mindset on track.
  • Phase 4: Maintenance Strategy
    A personalized strategy for exiting fat loss into maintenance. Regular coaching sessions to learn maintenance and equip yourself with the tools needed to maintain your weight loss until you’re 85+ years old.

    How much is the program? - $499 per month. I ask you commit to at least 3 months as health changes and learning to lose fat without restricting takes time. If you commit to a full 6-months, you save $300.

    Will you be coaching me or someone else? – I coach all my clients personally.

    Will you be giving me specific protein and fiber goals? – Yes, I provide you with personalized nutrition guidelines including protein and fiber.

    Will you be giving me specific protein and fiber goals? - Yes, I will be looking at your activity and exercise. If you do not have those habits, we will work to build them. I give you guidance with strength training videos for those who are new to training. For those more advanced, I provide you with training feedback from videos you send me and give you guidance on form and your plan to help you improve.

    Do you have an app or platform where materials are delivered? – No, I do not have an app or platform. I provide you with the videos, PDF’s, and private client podcasts directly.

    Do I have to track calories? –No, this program is personalized to you, and I will work with you on the right approach to reach your goals. Some of my clients track calorie and some do not.

    Do you work with men? – Currently, I work with a limited number of men. Please email megan@skinnyfitalicious.com if you are a man interested in weight loss coaching.

    Do you work with women under 35? – Yes, I do work with clients who are in their 20s and early 30s.

    Do you give meal plans? – No, I give you nutritional guidelines for meals and work with you to create meals with foods you enjoy eating so that you can execute your nutrition habits for life!

    Do you work with vegans & vegetarians? – Yes.

    Can I sign up if I live outside the U.S.? – Although my coaching is done virtually, I am only accepting clients in Canada and the U.S.

    What is the cancellation/refund policy? – All coaching sales are final.
