I should know. I lost 80 pounds in 2010 by walking and slowly changing my eating habits over a year. Yes, real change does take THAT long!
Fast forward to today and I’m a certified nutrition practitioner, health coach and NASM weight loss and behavior change specialist and work with women every day to reach their goals. I specialize in thyroid health, hormone balancing and weight loss for women.

When you sign up, your meal plan is delivered to your inbox every Thursday. Meal plans include 5 days of meals and snacks with a printable grocery list and nutrition breakdown by day and by recipe.

Skinny Fitalicious group coaching is for those who don’t want to do 1:1 coaching or can’t afford it. Group coaching includes access to my MemberVault site with over 50 videos/downloads, invite to my private Facebook group, weekly group trainings, entrance in the 14 Day Sugar Challenge and daily coaching.
