Ingredients

ground turkey breast
1/2
cup
shredded carrots
2
stalks
green onions
diced
1
tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil
1/4
cup
coconut aminos
or low sodium soy sauce
1/2
tablespoon
rice wine vinegar
omit for Paleo and sub apple cider vinegar
1/2
tablespoon
Sriracha
1/2
tablespoon
sesame seeds
1/2
teaspoon
ground ginger
1/2
tablespoon
garlic
1/2
teaspoon
salt

Instructions
Bring a
cast iron skillet
to a medium heat. Place the shredded carrots in the skillet and cook until tender.
Remove the carrots from the skillet and place in a bowl with the remaining ingredients.
Combine the ingredients with your hands in the bowl then separate into 4 sections.
Form each section into a burger with your hands then place on the skillet keeping it at medium heat.
Cook 5 minutes then flip and cook another 5-7 minutes covered. Serve immediately!
Notes
For the oven, bake on a
sheet pan
at 350 F 20 minutes, flipping once half way through baking.
For grilling, bring the grill to 350 F. Cook 8 minutes flipping once.
For Paleo, serve over a salad or on an
almond flour bun
.
For Gluten Free, serve with a gluten free bun or over a salad.
For low carb, serve over a salad or with
cauliflower rice.
