adjusted as needed or use another sugar you prefer

Instructions
Heat a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add all ingredients to the saucepan and stir to combine. Once bubbling, reduce to a simmer.
Simmer on low 20 minutes.
Use immediately, or transfer to a glass jar to store in the refrigerator.
