  • Heat a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add all ingredients to the saucepan and stir to combine. Once bubbling, reduce to a simmer.
  • Simmer on low 20 minutes.
  • Use immediately, or transfer to a glass jar to store in the refrigerator.
