Ingredients

chicken broth

coconut aminos
or gluten free soy sauce

Instructions
Place all ingredients in an
Instant Pot
. Set the valve to sealing, cover, then steam 30 minutes.
Release the value to release the steam then remove the cover.
Using a fork to shred the chicken. It will shred easily from the steam.
Serve over
cauliflower rice
, regular rice, quinoa, on a salad or in a sandwich!
