Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare a muffin tin with muffin liners or cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine applesauce and coconut oil. In a separate smaller bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda. Gently fold the flour mixture into the wet mixture.
Add the diced grapes and strawberries to the batter and gently fold them in. Add the batter to the muffin cavities dividing it evenly.
Bake 18 minutes at 350 F. Remove from the oven and allow muffins to cool in the muffin tin 5-10 minutes before removing. Store in the refrigerator or freezer to maintain freshness.
