Shrimp Strawberry Poppyseed Salad
A satisfying Shrimp Strawberry Poppyseed Salad packed with delicious, simple ingredients and a light strawberry poppyseed vinaigrette. Easy to make fresh at home. Just toss and go! Great as a vegetarian main or side salad.

For the Salad:

Instructions
Add the mixed greens, chopped celery, chopped red onion, cooked shrimp, sliced strawberries and chopped pecans to a large bowl.
Then add the ingredients for the dressing to a blender and blend until smooth. Top the dressing over the salad, toss to combine then serve!

*Dressing makes ~2 servings, 1 serving equals 3 tbsp.
