This Cherry Smoothie Recipe is layered with quinoa and topped with a creamy cherry smoothie on top. Mix the two together for a crunchy protein-focused breakfast!

Ingredients
For the Smoothie:

frozen cherries
1/2
cup
Greek yogurt

tablespoons
unsweetened cranberry juice
Liquid stevia
to taste, or sweetener of choice
For the Quinoa:
1

quinoa
cooked

Instructions
To a
blender
, add frozen cherries, Greek yogurt, cranberry juice and stevia. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Place half the quinoa in a glass and top with half the smoothie mixture. Place the other half in a second glass.
If not sharing or eating immediately, keep in the freezer or refrigerator to eat later as desired.
