Ingredients
5
egg whites
2
tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
1/4
cup
unsweetened almond milk
or milk of choice
3/4
cup
almond flour
1/4
cup
coconut flour
1
teaspoon
baking powder
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
thyme

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Prepare a
baking sheet
with parchment paper.
Beat
the egg whites with the milk several minutes until soft peaks form.
Mix remaining ingredients together in a
mixing bowl
then fold in the egg whites.
The dough will be thick and sticky. If it's runny, add a small amount of
coconut flour
to absorb the liquid.
Divide the batter into 6 even balls. Form them into rounds or the shape you want you the biscuits to be in.
Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes until slightly golden on top.
Remove from the oven and enjoy immediately, or store in the refrigerator up to 7 days.
