Pineapple Smoothie
This Piña Colada Avocado Smoothie is a great way to start the day! Packed with fiber, Vitamin C and antioxidants this energizing drink is easy to blend up ahead of time or in the morning.

Ingredients

cups
frozen pineapple
or pineapple chunks frozen ahead of time

avocado
1/2
cup
unsweetened almond milk
or milk of choice
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract

Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in a
blender
. Add more milk or add ice cubes if you want yours thinner. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Divide the mixture into 2 servings. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator overnight.
