In a large mixing bowl, combine the tuna, Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper, grape tomatoes chili powder, cumin, dried cilantro, cayenne pepper and paprika. Stir to combine well.
Divide the mixture into 4 meal prep containers (~1 heaping cup). Then add the cabbage and slices of green bell pepper into each container, dividing it evenly in the container.
