Ingredients

canned chicken
in water

cup
Greek yogurt

teaspoon
lemon juice
1/4
cup
walnuts
roughly chopped
1/4
cup
dried cranberries
low sugar
1/2
teaspoon
tarragon

greens
chopped
Instructions
Drain the water from the canned chicken using a colander then transfer the chicken to a mixing bowl.
Stir together the Greek yogurt, lean juice, tarragon, dried cranberries and walnuts.
Divide the mixture into 4
meal prep containers
(about 1 cup) then add 1 1/2 cups of greens to each. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
