Gluten Free Chicken Burgers! Sriracha and parsley mixed with chicken, make these burgers to die for! These flavorful, herby, burgers have a hidden kick & can be made on the stove, grill or in the oven.
Prepheat a grill pan to medium heat with extra virgin olive oil.
While the pan heat, place the chicken in a mixing bowl with Sriracha, parsley, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Break up the meat with your hands, working the other ingredients into it thoroughly.
Divide the mixture into 6 even amounts then form each one into a patty with your hands, flattening gently.
Place each patty on the grill pan. Cook 5-7 minutes the flip the burgers, cooking another 5-7 minutes on the other side until cooked through. Remove from pan and serve immediately.
