Mix the dijon and oil together in a large mixing bowl. Mix the everything but the bagel seasoning and garlic powder together on a plate. Toss the wings together in the large mixing bowl and coat the mixture with your fingers over the wings.
Place each chicken wing on the plate and coat with the seasoning then place in your air fryer. Repeat for all chicken wings.
Cook at 350 F for 20 minutes then flip the wings with a tongs. Turn the temperature up to 400 F. Cook another 15 minutes then serve with hot sauce or your favorite dipping sauce! Note, my air fryer does not require pre-heating. If yours requires pre-heating, pre-heat before step one.
To reheat chicken wings, place in the air fryer at 350 F for 10 minutes or in the oven on a baking shet at 350 F for 15 minutes.
Notes
For super crispy wings, pat the wings dry before coating them, cook them in a single layer, and apply a thin layer of the binder.
If the wings or seasonings turn too dark, reduce the heat of the air fryer from 400°F to 390°F.
Keep wings warm in the oven at 200°F until it’s time to serve them. Re-crisp them in the air fryer just before serving.
