Any dressing works with this recipe. Just note that thicker salsas work best. With a thinner dressing, you may want to drain the salsa to prevent the creamy dressing from being too thin and watery, or you can mix more yogurt to get your desired consistency.
If you want a less tangy flavor, use full-fat Greek yogurt instead of low-fat or nonfat.
Store leftover dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
