Ingredients

  • 1 cup cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 1/4 cup orange juice no added sugar
  • 1 cup ice
  • Stevia to taste
  • Hemp seeds optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth then serve!
  • Optionally, serve the hemp hearts on top for extra crunch.
