Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 4 cups red swiss chard sliced into ribbons
  • 2 oranges peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup radishes sliced
  • 1 cup grapes sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup pecans raw

For the Dressing

Instructions

  • Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing together in a bowl. Place in a covered container in the refrigerator to marinade at least 10 minutes. It tastes best marinading 1-2 days.
  • Assemble the salad by placing the ingredients in a large bowl, drizzle with the dressing and toss to combine.
