Muesli Banana Bars

Homemade baked Muesli Banana Hemp Bars made with bananas, applesauce, hemp and muesli granola. A soon to be staple in your weekly meal prep, these easy snack bars are ones the whole family will love! Gluten Free + Low Calorie + Vegan

  • Preheat oven 350 F. Prepare an 8x8 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, add all ingredients except hemp hearts and muesli.
  • Mix until combined well then add hemp hearts and muesli combing the batter by hand.
  • Transfer to the prepared baking sheet spreading into an even layer and gently pressing the batter into the pan including the corners.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes until golden on top. Cool in the pan 15 minutes before cutting with a sharp knife.
  • Store in the refrigerator or freezer for a quick and healthy snack!
