Preheat oven 350 F. Prepare an 8x8 baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, add all ingredients except hemp hearts and muesli.
Mix until combined well then add hemp hearts and muesli combing the batter by hand.
Transfer to the prepared baking sheet spreading into an even layer and gently pressing the batter into the pan including the corners.
Bake 30-35 minutes until golden on top. Cool in the pan 15 minutes before cutting with a sharp knife.
Store in the refrigerator or freezer for a quick and healthy snack!
