Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lime
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon ginger root
  • 1-2 cups ice for chilling

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a juicer and blend. Add the juice to a glass with ice and enjoy!
